Yoga Teacher

The practice of yoga and meditation as tools for healing and calmness have been Dorothy’s main focus for several years. She has completed the RYT 200 as well as a course on teaching seniors, a ball therapy course for hip and shoulders and an eight-week course on mindful meditation.

Her yoga practice is a slow meditation in motion allowing the breath time to guide and merge the mind with body and spirit and quiet the inner voice.
