Body Flow Instructor/Yoga Teacher

My journey started with Goodlife and BodyFlow training. I followed that with the 200 - hour In the Spirit Yoga Teacher training and I am currently teaching Bodyflow at Goodlife.

 As an ongoing yoga student, my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat.

Yoga helps me through my day mindfully. I hope to share this empowerment with my students.
